Customer fastload jobs are failing with error 2825 at Teradata

Below Issue occurring when User running fastload jobs from DataStage end against Teradata

Multiple Fastload Processes Failed w/ RDBMS Error 2825.<BR/><BR/>RDBMS error 2825: NO RECORD OF THE LAST REQUEST WAS FOUND AFTER DBC RESTART

What is cause for this Issue?

Network glitch happened while fastload operation was underway. 

Solution for this error

Resubmit the failed fastload job. 

If the issue is happening frequently, please raise a case with the Teradata GSO team to investigate at the teradata node level
